Mission

Make preventative health understandable, credible, and worth talking about.

Health Brands Media is the media, education and events arm of the Health Brands platform. The platform builds the infrastructure. We build the audience that knows why it matters.

The problem we're actually solving

American healthcare is extraordinarily good at treating you once you're sick and extraordinarily bad at keeping you from getting there. Preventative and regenerative medicine has answers — but the information around it has been split between two useless extremes.

On one side: research that never leaves the journal, and clinicians too careful to say anything a normal person can use. On the other: an influencer economy that will sell a peptide stack to a stranger on the internet and call it optimization.

The people in the middle — the practitioners doing careful work, and the patients trying to make a decision this month — have nowhere good to go. That's a distribution problem. Distribution is a media company's job.

What we believe

Credibility is the product

Audiences in health can smell a paid opinion. The moment a show becomes an ad read with a stethoscope, it's worthless to everyone — including the sponsor.

Boring truth beats exciting nonsense

Sleep, food, movement and bloodwork will outperform most of what gets sold as a breakthrough. We'll say so, repeatedly, even when it's a less interesting episode.

Practitioners should have the microphone

The best health content comes from people who see patients. Most of them have no production support and no distribution. That gap is the whole opportunity.

A network beats a show

One podcast reaches the people who already found it. A network of shows, channels, sites and events compounds — every property makes the others easier to grow.

Editorial standards

The rules every show on the network agrees to.

These aren't a legal disclaimer. They're the reason a clinician will come on the show.

01

Claims get sourced

If an episode makes a specific clinical claim, the show notes carry the citation.

02

Commercial interest gets disclosed

On air, not in the footer. If a guest sells the thing being discussed, the audience hears it.

03

No diagnosis, no prescriptions, no cures

Education, not medical advice. Hosts route people to a licensed provider, every time.

04

Sponsors don't get editorial

Advertisers can buy the break. They cannot buy the question list.

05

Corrections are public

If we get something wrong, it gets fixed in the notes and named on the next episode.

How we connect

Backed by an operating platform, not a media budget.

Health Brands builds the infrastructure behind the preventative-health industry — clinics, supply, diagnostics, telehealth and medical oversight. That's an unusual thing for a media network to sit on top of.

It means our shows have access to real practitioners, real clinical data and a real distribution footprint on day one — and it means creators on the network are plugged into an industry, not just a feed.
